Help completing miltu-step subsidized housing applications and gathering required documents
Facilitated positive tenant and landlord communnication
Benefits / Basic needs - 6
Assistance connecting to Medicaid and unemployment
Ordered out of state birth certificate and replacement ID
Connected family to a resource for free diapers
Medical - 1
Provided bus pass for medical appointments
Legal - 1
Provided motivational and emotional support to get capias warrant recited
This month we also:
Began implementing our electronic health records system, Carelogic
Received 10 new referrals
We are off to a very busy start and I am excited to see what this year of growth brings!
